Incident After Action Review

Incidents are a matter of when not if, and after an incident lessons learned are more important that finger pointing.

As a security professional with 14 years of experience and having responded as incident commander to 11 large scale incidents, and an average of 60 small scale incidents per year for 5 years I can conduct an impartial after action review (AAR).
