Privacy Policy – PetBuddy AI

PetBuddy AI ("the App") is operated by AJP Groups ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

• Account information: your name and email address, provided when you register. Passwords are stored only in securely hashed form.

• Pet information: pet profiles (name, species, breed, birthdate, weight), health logs, vaccination records, reminders, and pet photos you choose to upload.

• Purchase information: if you subscribe to Premium, we record your subscription status and Google Play purchase token. We never see or store your payment card details — payments are processed entirely by Google Play.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide the App's features: storing pet profiles, health history, and sending you the reminders you set.

• To generate AI insights: when you request an AI health report or meal plan, your pet's profile and health log data (not your personal identity) is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the content. This data is used only to produce your report.

• To manage your Premium subscription.

What We Do NOT Do

• We do not sell your data to anyone.

• We do not show third-party advertising.

• We do not use your data for marketing profiles or tracking across other apps.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on our servers hosted by Hostinger. All communication between the App and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS. Access to your data requires your authentication token.

Data Sharing

We share data only with these service providers, solely to operate the App: Anthropic (AI report generation, pet data only) and Google Play (subscription processing). We may disclose information if required by law.

Your Rights & Data Deletion

You can edit or delete your pets and their records at any time in the App. Deleting a pet permanently removes all its health logs, vaccinations, reminders, photos and reports. To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at sarkariquizapp@gmail.com and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.

Children

The App is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed at children.
