These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application BreedSnap: Pet Breed ID (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the App to:
Scan and identify pet breeds from images
Access pet-related educational content
Save and manage your pet identification history
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute any part of the App
Use the App for unlawful purposes
Upload any harmful, abusive, or misleading content
When you upload images or other data to use the App's features:
You retain ownership of your content
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process the content solely to provide the identification service
We do not store or use your images beyond what is necessary for analysis
Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. If you choose to subscribe:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings
No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription term.
All content in the App (text, UI design, icons, AI models, etc.) is the property of the developer or its licensors. You may not use it except as explicitly permitted by these Terms.
The App provides breed identification based on AI analysis and public datasets. Accuracy may vary.
Results are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional veterinary or medical advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the App, including reliance on identification results or service interruptions.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance.
