These Terms of Use (this “Agreement”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Pet Talker: Funny and Simple (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the provider of the mobile application and all related services (together, the “Service”).
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Service.
1.1 The Service is a software application designed to help users interact with and interpret pet sounds and behavior using artificial intelligence.
1.2 The Service is provided for general purposes and is not designed to meet industry-specific regulatory requirements. You agree not to use the Service in a manner that violates applicable laws.
2.1 Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and the rules of the applicable app store, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Service on devices you own or control.
2.2 You may use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by applicable law.
2.3 You may not copy, distribute, rent, lease, transfer, sublicense, or make the Service available to others except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.
2.4 All rights to the Service and its content remain exclusively with Pet Talker: Funny and Simple and its licensors.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We handle and store personal data only as described in that policy.
4.1 The Service may allow you to submit, upload, or share text, audio, or other materials (“Contributions”).
4.2 You represent and warrant that:
You own or have the rights to submit the Contributions;
Your Contributions do not violate any third-party rights;
Your Contributions are lawful and not harmful.
4.3 By submitting Contributions, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, store, display, modify, and otherwise process your Contributions for operating, improving, and promoting the Service.
You retain ownership of your Contributions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pet Translator: Talk to Pet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. If we are found liable, our total liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Service (if any) or the minimum amount required by law.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
