DIMENSION RESEARCH CRO & SMO (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Peso Kaban: Savings Goal mobile application (the “App”). Savings Goal Data: Information you enter when creating savings goals, including goal title, target amount, current savings, and target date. This data is stored securely to provide the core functionality of the App.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
Analytics Data: We use Adjust, a third-party analytics service, to collect anonymized data about App usage, such as app opens, feature interactions, and installation sources. This data helps us improve the App’s performance and user experience. No personal identifiable information is shared with Adjust for advertising purposes without your consent.
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
To create, verify, and manage your account via OTP login, and sync your savings goals across devices.
To provide, maintain, and improve the core functionality of the App, including storing and displaying your savings goal progress.
To send you OTP codes for login and account verification.
To analyze App usage trends via Adjust to optimize our services and fix technical issues.
To respond to your inquiries, support requests, or feedback.
To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, users, and the public.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers: We share anonymized analytics data with Adjust solely for the purpose of improving App performance and usage analysis. Adjust is contractually required to protect your data and use it only as instructed by us.
