Subject of EVAL: Raum Naberius

Purpose of EVAL: Initial Evaluation for Evelpidon Military Academy

Eval Notes:

Subject seems to show signs of PTSD, depression, and anxiety. Believed to be due to the tragic loss of his mother at age 16. Subject answers questions without hesitation regardless of the topic. He can make decisions on his own and shows no sign of dependence. Subject says he was previously medicated for depression and anxiety, but has since stopped taking meds as he ran out and didn't like the way they made him feel. I'm going to prescribe him with some new ones and check in with him to see how they work. Despite neurological trauma, subject seems perfectly fit for duty.
