Purpose of EVAL: Final Evaluation for Evelpidon Military Academy

Eval Notes:

Contrary to my first evaluation, subject seems to be much healthier now. Records show subject got married 4 months ago. Relationship seems healthy and has had a positive impact on the subject. Now he is much more outgoing than our first eval together and shows significantly more confidence and motivation. Subject still shows some signs of PTSD from his mother's death, but previous diagnosis of depression and anxiety are nonexistent.
