Subject of EVAL: Raum Naberius

Purpose of EVAL: Initial eval before assignment

Eval Notes:

Subject seems rather quiet, but answers questions when asked. When asked about his marital status he mentioned he was divorced and got defensive (touchy subject). Subject also stated that his mother died when he was 16 and he's unsure of his father's status (extremely touchy subject). Subject shows signs of past trauma, likely PTSD, and signs of anxiety. Although there is significant trauma, there are no signs of it inhibiting his ability to get results. 

I'm recommending him for amnestic treatment for PTSD and anxiety. If it shouldn't work, then other standard medication should suffice.
