Randall was born to a lower middle class family in the city of Franklin WV where he learned minor skills such as hunting, fishing, trapping, first aid, and survival. In his later teen years he started showing interest in history and medicine. These later teen years are also where he would meet his soon to be wife Amelia. 

After graduating high school Randall would propose to Amelia and begin a nursing program where he would become a registered nurse. These great days would not last long when Amelia was diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer, this would take her life tragically two years later. 

The death of his wife would send Randall into a deep depression for around a year that he would finally break with the help of his family. He would start to exercise, read, and spend time outdoors to cope with the loss. He would soon meet a man that would give him an option to pay off all the medical bills and continue his education. A five year contract to work as a medical staff member within an organization he simply called ‘The Foundation.’ Seeing it as a perfect opportunity Randall would sign the contract starting his first assignment at Site - 66.

December 5th of 2025 Randall would receive orders to transfer to Theta-7 "Soldiers Of Fortune" as a Internal Affairs Director.
