This Privacy Policy describes what data is processed, used for what purpose, and protected within the scope of Apdis Personnel Tracking (“Application”).
1) Data Collected
The Application may collect and store the following information to create personnel login records:
Identity/Profile Information: Name, Surname, Job Title, Shift Information
Login Record Information: Login time (date-time), scanned QR value (special QR verification code)
Signature Data: The signature drawn by the user on the screen (drawing data)
The Application does not need or collect data such as location, contacts, photo gallery, or microphone.
2) Camera Usage
The Application requests camera permission only for the purpose of scanning QR codes. Camera images are not recorded, stored, or sent to third parties.
3) Purposes of Data Use
The collected data is used for the following purposes:
Creating and listing employee login records
Accepting only authorized logins with special QR verification
Creating signed records and exporting them as PDF when needed
(Optional) Viewing records in the cloud if cloud synchronization is enabled
4) Data Storage and Retention
Local Storage: Data is stored on the device within the application.
Optional Cloud Storage: If Supabase is configured during installation, login records can also be sent to the cloud and viewed on the administrator screen.
If cloud synchronization is disabled, the data remains only on the device.
5) Data Sharing
Application:
Does not sell data.
Does not share data with third-party advertising networks.
Exception: If the user chooses to share the file externally using functions such as “Get/Share PDF”, the sharing process takes place through the application/service chosen by the user.
6) Data Security
Reasonable technical and administrative measures are implemented to protect the data. However, 100% security cannot be guaranteed in transmission over the internet or digital storage methods.
