Hi, I’m Kevin, a dedicated coach passionate about helping people of all levels reach their fitness goals. With 3 years of competitive powerlifting experience, including experience in sanctioned powerlifting meets and mentorship from other elite-level lifters, I have built a strong foundation in strength training, hypertrophy, nutrition periodization, movement efficiency, and fatigue management.
Being a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients with goals that include fat loss, building muscle and strength, improving athletic performance, rehab and recovery, and postpartum fitness over the past 2 years.
Whether you’re looking to build muscle and strength, train for other sports, lose weight, or simply stay active in a safe and effective way, my attention to detail and foundational training knowledge will help guide you toward your fitness goals with confidence.
