Train in our private home gym with your choice of Walker or Sarah as your personal trainer. Walker brings 20 years of weight training experience and balances his day job as an attorney with passions for triathlons, cycling, running, martial arts, and lifting. Sarah has over 10 years of lifting experience and is an avid fitness enthusiast, ready to guide you toward your goals.
At Personal Strength, we focus on developing functional strength and healthy physiques, emphasizing proper technique and safety to ensure every session is effective and enjoyable. Let us help you unlock your potential and build the strong, healthy life you deserve!
