Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, style-savvy, and customer-obsessed Personal Shopper to join our remote team. In this fully virtual role, you will act as a personal stylist and shopping concierge for clients, helping them discover and purchase the perfect products — from fashion and beauty to home goods, gifts, and lifestyle items — without ever leaving their home (or yours).
You will build meaningful relationships with clients, understand their tastes, needs, budgets, and preferences, then deliver curated shopping experiences through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual consultations with clients via video calls, chat, email, or questionnaires to understand their style, size, preferences, occasion, and budget.
Curate personalized product recommendations across multiple online retailers, brands, and marketplaces.
Create detailed shopping lists, mood boards, outfit collages, and lookbooks for client approval.
Handle the full shopping process: researching products, price comparisons, placing orders, tracking deliveries, and managing returns/exchanges when needed.
Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends, seasonal collections, sales events, and new product launches.
Provide honest, professional style advice and alternative suggestions.
Maintain excellent client records and notes in our CRM system.
Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business through exceptional service.
Collaborate with the team on group client projects when required.
Requirements
Proven experience as a personal shopper, stylist, fashion consultant, or in high-end retail/personal concierge services (minimum 2 years preferred).
Exceptional eye for style, trends, and coordination.
Strong knowledge of major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Net-a-Porter, Farfetch, Amazon, Zara, ASOS, Nordstrom, Etsy, etc.) and their return policies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you can describe products and outfits vividly.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
Tech-savvy: comfortable using shopping apps, Canva or similar design tools, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
Passion for shopping and helping others look and feel their best.
Availability to work flexible hours (including some evenings/weekends depending on client needs).
Preferred Qualifications
Formal training or certification in fashion styling, personal shopping, or image consulting.
Experience with plus-size, petite, or inclusive styling.
Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Own wardrobe suitable for occasional professional virtual client meetings.
