- **Usage & Crash Data:** Anonymous, non-identifying technical data (e.g., device model, OS version, app crash reports) is collected automatically when the app encounters an error, strictly to help us improve app stability.
## 3. All Uses of Your Data
The data we collect is used exclusively for the following purposes:

- **Subscription Management:** Purchase data is used solely to unlock premium features and manage your subscription state.

## 4. Third-Party Services We Share Data With

Before sending your text prompts to these services, the App will request your explicit, in-app permission.
### A. OpenAI (Text Processing)

- **Protection:** OpenAI does not use data submitted via their API to train their public models. They employ strict data encryption and security measures.
### B. Replicate (Image Generation)
- **What is sent:** The processed, enhanced text prompt.
- **Purpose:** To render the actual photorealistic 3D image of the pergola design.
- **Protection:** Replicate processes the prompts securely and retains them only as long as necessary to return the generated image back to your device.
### C. RevenueCat (Subscription Management)
- **What is sent:** Anonymous receipt data generated by the Apple App Store.
- **Purpose:** To verify your purchase and grant access to premium app features.
- **Protection:** RevenueCat securely handles receipt validation without tracking personal identifiers like your name or email.
## 5. Explicit User Permission
In compliance with App Store Guidelines, the Application will explicitly ask for your consent via an in-app prompt before transmitting any of your text inputs to OpenAI or Replicate. You must agree to this transmission to utilize the AI generation features of the App. If you do not agree, the data will not be sent, and the generation feature will remain disabled.
## 6. Data Security and Equal Protection
We take the security of your data seriously. All data transmitted between your device and our third-party partners (OpenAI, Replicate, RevenueCat) is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (HTTPS/TLS). We have verified that all third parties the app shares data with provide the same or equal protection of user data as legally required and as outlined in this Privacy Policy.
## 7. Data Retention and Deletion
- **Text Prompts:** We do not store your text prompts on any of our own servers. They are transmitted securely to our AI partners, processed, and immediately discarded.
- **Generated Images:** Images are stored locally on your device's storage. You can delete them at any time by deleting the images from your gallery or uninstalling the Application.
