PROSEDUR JEMPUTAN PERSEMBAHAN

1. Pemohon hendaklah membuat semakan tarikh penggunaan melalui paparan kalendar di laman utama atau berhubung dengan pegawai bertanggungjawab pada waktu pejabat (8.00 pagi – 5.00 petang) di talian 04-928 4204 (Muzik – En. Ezzuan) atau 04-928 4202 (Tarian – En. Daniel).

2. Pemohon hendaklah menyediakan atur cara majlis dan surat jemputan persembahan berserta letterhead (bagi permohonan dalaman) yang ditujukan kepada Pengarah Pusat Budaya Seni, Dr. Mohd Azhar bin Abu Bakar.

3. Pemohon hendaklah mengisi borang jemputan persembahan secara atas talian.

4. Pemohon akan dihubungi oleh pegawai bertanggungjawab melalui emel atau secara atas talian bagi tujuan perbincangan kadar sebut harga.

5. Jemputan hanya akan diterima setelah sebut harga dipersetujui oleh pihak pemohon dan pegawai yang bertanggungjawab.

6. Bagi permohonan dalaman, permohonan hendaklah dikemukakan selewat-lewatnya tiga (3) minggu sebelum tarikh persembahan, manakala pembatalan hendaklah dimaklumkan selewat-lewatnya satu (1) minggu sebelum tarikh persembahan.

7. Bagi permohonan luaran, permohonan hendaklah dikemukakan selewat-lewatnya satu (1) bulan sebelum tarikh persembahan, manakala pembatalan hendaklah dimaklumkan selewat-lewatnya dua (2) minggu sebelum tarikh persembahan.

8. Bagi permohonan luaran, bayaran deposit hendaklah dijelaskan dalam tempoh yang ditetapkan sebelum tarikh program mengikut kadar yang dipersetujui.

9. Deposit adalah tidak akan dipulangkan sekiranya makluman pembatalan dibuat selepas tempoh yang ditetapkan.

PERFORMANCES INVITATION PROCEDURE

1.  Applicants must check the availability of the requested date via the calendar on the main page or contact the officer in charge during office hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) at 04-928 4204 (Music – Mr. Ezzuan) or 04-928 4202 (Dance – Mr. Daniel).

2.  Applicants must prepare the event programme tentative and an official performance invitation letter with letterhead (for internal applications) addressed to the Director of the Cultural Arts Centre, Dr. Mohd Azhar bin Abu Bakar.

3.  Applicants must complete the performance invitation form online.

4.  Applicants will be contacted by the officer in charge via email or online for the purpose of discussing the quotation rate. 

5. The invitation will only be accepted once the quotation has been agreed upon by both the applicant and the officer in charge. .

6. For internal invitation, submissions must be made at least three (3) weeks before the performance date, and cancellations must be informed at least one (1) week before the performance date.

7. For external invitation, submissions must be made at least one (1) month before the performance date, and cancellations must be informed at least two (2) weeks before the performance date.

8. For external invitation, the deposit must be paid within the specified period before the programme date, based on the agreed rate.

9. The deposit will not be refunded if the cancellation is made after the specified period.
