Pelvic control pro is an educational fitness app that helps you train your pelvic-floor muscles. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how the app handles your information. Short version: the app does not collect, transmit, or share any of your data — everything stays on your device.
The app does not collect any personal data. All your information — workout logs, notes, app settings, and reminders — is created and stored only on this device. We have no servers, no accounts, no cloud sync, and no analytics.
Your information is only used locally on your device to run the app: to log your progress, draw your charts, trigger your reminders, and play voice and vibration cues. Nothing ever leaves your device.
We do not share your data with anyone. The app does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or push-messaging service. No data is transmitted to any server.
Your data lives on your device. It is kept there until you uninstall the app or clear its data from your device's system settings. Because nothing is ever sent off-device, there is no server-side copy to delete.
Your data is held locally on your device, protected by the device's own app sandbox. The app supports an optional biometric lock to keep your activity private on a shared device. Because no data is transmitted off-device, no network credentials or stored passwords are involved.
Your data is already entirely under your control: it lives only on this device. You can erase it at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing its app data from your device's system settings. If you live in the EU, UK, or California, you have rights under the GDPR and the CCPA — because we do not collect or store your data, those rights are satisfied by the device-only design.
Pelvic control pro is not directed at children. Because the app does not collect any data, no information from any user — child or adult — is ever transmitted to us.
Notifications (to deliver reminders you set), Schedule / use exact alarms (so reminders fire at the time you chose), Vibrate (for haptic cues during workouts), Receive boot completed (to reschedule reminders after a restart), and Foreground service (so the timer keeps running with the screen off). We do not request access to your contacts, photos, location, microphone, or phone state.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above and surface a notice the next time you open the app. Continued use after that means you accept the updated policy.
