1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using the Performax mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Performax is a health and fitness application providing:
- Guided pelvic floor (Kegel) exercise training
- Progress tracking and intimate Confidence Score
- Experience logging
- Educational content
- Pre-intimacy preparation tools (Ready Mode)
3. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Pricing:
- Monthly subscription: £8.99 per month
- Annual subscription: £29.99 per year
- Prices subject to change with notice
Payment:
- Payment charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
Free Trial:
- New subscribers may receive a free trial period as specified at signup
- Cancel anytime during trial to avoid charges
- If not cancelled before trial ends, subscription will begin automatically
Early Access Program:
- First 1,000 users may receive lifetime free access
- Promotional offer that may end at any time
- Non-transferable
Managing Subscriptions:
- Manage and cancel subscriptions in device settings:
- iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial periods
4. REFUND POLICY
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. We do not control refund decisions.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content in the App (text, graphics, audio, code, design) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. USER CONTENT
You retain ownership of data you input (workout logs, experience logs). By using the App, you grant us permission to:

10. TERMINATION
