Perfect Stack is an offline arcade game. We do not require an account, and we do not sell your personal information. The app stores a best score on your device only so you can see it after closing the app.

This data stays on your device. We do not receive it on our servers because we do not operate a backend for this app.

We do not intentionally collect:

• Contacts

• Photos or files

• Device identifiers for advertising

• Analytics or usage tracking tied to your identity (unless added in a future version and this policy is updated)

3. How we use information

Local best score data is used only to:

• Show your best score in the game and settings

• Remember your score when you reopen the app

We do not use this data for marketing or profiling.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not share, sell, or rent your personal information to third parties for this app.

The app does not include third‑party advertising or social login in the current version.

Google Play and Google/Android may process data according to their own policies when you download or update the app from the Play Store (for example, delivery of the app). That processing is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

5. Internet and permissions

Perfect Stack is designed to work offline. The app does not require you to sign in and does not need network access for core gameplay.

If the installed app requests any permissions, they are used only for basic app functionality on your device (as shown in the Play Store listing and on your device’s permission screen).

6. Data retention and deletion

Best score data remains on your device until you:

• Reset best score in the app (Settings), or

• Clear app data or uninstall the app in Android settings

Uninstalling the app removes locally stored game data from your device.

7. Children’s privacy

Perfect Stack is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a contact email (see below), contact us and we will respond.

If you target children on Google Play, you must follow Google Play Families policies and declare the correct target age in Play Console.

8. Security

We use reasonable practices for an offline app: data is stored locally on your device. No method of storage is 100% secure; you are responsible for securing your device (screen lock, etc.).

9. International users

If you use the app outside your country, your device still stores data locally under your control.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date at the top. For important changes, we may also update the Play Store listing. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
