THE SHORT VERSION
Your health data is stored in your own account so it syncs across your devices. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertisers.
You can delete all of it from Settings, at any time, without asking us.
WHAT WE STORE
Account: your name, email address and profile picture as provided by Apple or Google when you sign in.
What you tell onboarding: your goals, experience level, tracking habits, age, biological sex, height and starting weight.
What you track: protocols, vials, scheduled and logged doses, injection sites, notes, weight, sleep, energy, mood and side effects.
Technical: device model, operating system version, app version, and a push notification token. We use these to deliver notifications and to diagnose problems.
SENSITIVE DATA
Much of the above is health-related and is treated as a special category of personal data under laws including the UK and EU GDPR. We process it only on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you accept these terms during onboarding.
You can withdraw that consent by deleting your account, which erases the data.
WHO PROCESSES IT
Google Firebase — authentication, database, file storage, analytics and push notifications. Your records are stored here.
RevenueCat — subscription status. It receives your account identifier so entitlements follow you across devices.
Meta (Facebook) app events — app usage analytics.
The Apple App Store and Google Play handle payment. We never see your card details.
These providers act on our instructions and may store data outside your country. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
WHAT WE DO NOT DO
We do not use your dose history, measurements or notes for advertising, and we do not share them with data brokers, insurers or employers.
NOTIFICATIONS AND PERMISSIONS
Notification permission is requested only after we have explained what reminders are for, and declining it leaves everything else working. You can change it at any time in your device settings.
RETENTION AND DELETION
We keep your data while your account exists. Deleting your account from Settings removes your profile and every protocol, vial, dose log, measurement and custom compound under it, along with your sign-in credential.
Backups held by our providers may persist for a short period before they expire. Where the law requires us to keep a record — a purchase receipt, for example — we keep only that.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or erase your personal data, to object to processing, and to complain to your data protection authority.
Most of this you can do yourself in the app. For anything else, write to appvionis@gmail.com.
CHILDREN
This app is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
CHANGES
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
