TERMS OF USE — Peptide Tracker Calculator Pro

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Peptide Tracker Calculator Pro ("the App").
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE — IMPORTANT
Peptide Tracker Calculator Pro is a personal tracking and record-keeping tool for self-experimenters who use peptides, GLP-1 medications, supplements, and related compounds. The App is NOT a medical device and is NOT intended to provide medical opinion, diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, or any substitute for professional medical care.
All outputs — including dose calculations, half-life curves, reconstitution math, reminders, AI Coach responses, AI Insights, and Research Library entries — are educational estimates based on the values you enter. They may be inaccurate due to user input error, rounding, individual physiology, vial labeling errors, manufacturer variability, or other factors. You must independently verify all calculations and information with a qualified healthcare provider before acting on them.
Many peptides and GLP-1 medications (including but not limited to semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide) are regulated and may be prescription-only, restricted, or unapproved in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining the legal status of any compound in your jurisdiction, obtaining it lawfully, verifying its purity and provenance, and following your healthcare provider's recommendations.
The App is not a substitute for emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, stop using the App and call your local emergency number (911 in the United States, 112 in the European Union, 102 in India).
3. AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the App.
4. LICENSE
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store and Google Play Store terms.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS
The App offers an optional premium subscription that unlocks features such as unlimited compounds, the AI Coach and Insights, the Meal Scanner, Apple Health sync, and full exports.
• Subscription length options and prices are shown in the App at the time of purchase.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period at the then-current price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple ID or Google account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies.
6. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
• Misuse, tamper with, or interfere with the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Solicit, distribute, or facilitate the supply of any controlled substance or unapproved medication
• Use the App to make clinical decisions or to provide medical advice or services to other persons
• Bypass or circumvent any security or attestation feature of the App
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content within the App, including its design, trademarks, code, copy, Research Library content, and AI prompt design, is the property of the App owner and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Third-party trademarks such as Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic, and Mounjaro are the property of their respective owners and are used in the App only to refer descriptively to the compounds those owners produce. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Novo Nordisk, Eli Lilly, or any other pharmaceutical manufacturer or rights holder.
8. DISCLAIMERS
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ANY WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF THE APP.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT CALCULATIONS, AI RESPONSES, OR RESEARCH LIBRARY CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON CALCULATIONS, AI OUTPUTS, RESEARCH LIBRARY CONTENT, OR REMINDERS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP OR THE SUBSCRIPTION IN THE LAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or any decision you make to acquire, dose, or administer any compound.
11. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
