If you use the feature that creates an AI image of how you might look based on a selected peptide, compound, or transformation theme, we may process:

If you use PepMax’s AI assistant, your messages and limited session context may be sent to third-party AI providers to generate responses.

When you upload a photo for image generation, body simulation, meal scanning, or similar features, the photo may be processed by our AI service providers.
We use photos only to provide the feature you request, unless you choose to save the photo or generated result in the App.
PepMax does not knowingly use uploaded photos to identify you, verify your identity, or build a biometric identification template.
AI-generated transformation images are:

Recommend peptides, dosages, protocols, or cycles
Store Apple Health data for unrelated purposes
Use photos to build biometric identification templates
Guarantee that AI-generated images reflect real outcomes
If PepMax or [Your Canadian Company Name] is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
The acquiring organization may use your information in accordance with its own privacy policy, subject to applicable law.
