Pamela Efua Ofori  is currently a PhD candidate at the Department of Economics of the University of Insubria (Varese). She has a B.Sc. in Mathematics with Economics at the University of Cape Coast,  an M.Sc. in Economics at the University of Granada (2019) and a double degree in M.Sc. in Global Entrepreneurship Economics and Management (Major in Economics of Innovation) and Innovation and Change  from the University of Insubria (2020) and Friedrich Schiller University, Jena (2022) respectively. 

Her research interests are within the fields of sustainability, gender empowerment, development economics, economics of innovation  and environmental economics. She was a teaching assistant at the school of economics , university of Capecoast and a project Intern at the Association for promoting women in research and development in Africa (Asproworda).
