Our flat-rate research package includes a full sweep of your Pennsylvania county of choice for one ancestor - and we're not just checking indexes. As researchers who have conducted on-site genealogical and historical research in all 67 of Pennsylvania's counties, we know what documents exist and - more importantly - how to use them. 

We collect and analyze as many pertinent family history details as possible, always with the goal of expanding ancestral knowledge. Samples of Pennsylvania searches include probate files, land records, other critical (often overlooked) court records, vital records, local newspapers, church records, maps, contemporary and extended family member documentation and more. (Keep in mind: not all searches are applicable to all ancestors.)

Incidental research expansion beyond the target Pennsylvania county border may be conducted at our discretion but, if we have good reason to believe information of substantial benefit may be found elsewhere, we will advise you of this fact. The choice to purchase additional research is completely yours.

Because of the complexity of these projects, assignments can take four to six weeks from order to delivery of final results. Payment for research is required in advance and covers only our time and expertise - we do not predict or guarantee specific research results.
