Penn Math Contest!

The Penn Math Contest (PMC) is a completely student-run competition that aims to get high schoolers engaged in math and create an inclusive community full of fun and challenging experiences! Our team is made up of students at the University of Pennsylvania who want to spread a love of math both throughout the local Philadelphia community and to high schoolers all over the world.

The 2024 Penn Math Contest is on March 16, 2024, and you can attend either in-person on the University of Pennsylvania campus or online over Zoom. There will be prizes available for the winners of the in-person contest, and certificates available for the winners of the online contest. There are three levels of contest (Beginners, Intermediate, and Advanced), so everyone from people with no experience to people who are math contest veterans are encouraged to participate! Additionally, we have both an individual and a team portion of the contest, so get your friends to sign up as a team, or meet new people by joining a random team. To participate, fill out the registration form by March 9th (the student should fill it out). If you are signing up as a team, each student on the team should fill the form out.

Check out our FAQ for more information! Also, feel free to reach out to us with any questions. We are thankful towards our sponsors SIG (Susquehanna International Group) and Jane Street for their support, and this contest would not be possible without them.
