Community Youth Council for Leadership and Education (CYCLE), is a community based and nonprofit organization that engages in community projects. CYCLE will enhance the community's understanding of environmental and public health issues through the design of training activities. CYCLE utilizes a combination of activities that generate employment opportunities in an environmental context. The project will conduct research and surveys involving investigations and studies relating to the causes, extent, prevention, reduction and elimination of water pollution along the Greenway Corridor. The study will identify the natural creek bed and suggest measures to bring life to it and investigate the possibility of establishing the corridor's physical drainage lines and types. CYCLE will collaborate with local residents and schools, city administration, businesses of interest and other community groups in executing the study. They will conduct workshops to build the community's capacity.
