Pendulum Wave（ペンデュラムウェーブ）（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。
■ 収集する情報
本アプリ自体は、個人を特定できる情報を一切収集しません。氏名・メールアドレス・連絡先などを取得・送信することはありません。
ただし、本アプリは広告表示のために Google AdMob を利用しています。AdMobは、広告の表示や不正防止のために、以下の情報を取得することがあります。
・おおよその位置情報（IPアドレスから推定されるもの。GPS等の正確な位置情報ではありません）
・端末情報・広告識別子（不正防止や、同じ広告が表示されすぎないようにする表示回数の制御のため）
・広告の表示・タップに関する情報
これらの情報は、利用者の興味・関心に基づいた広告（パーソナライズ広告）の配信には使用しません（下記「広告について」参照）。
■ データの保存
言語設定やお気に入りのプリセットなどの設定は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます（外部サーバーには送信されません）。アプリを削除すると、これらの設定も端末から削除されます。
■ 通信・第三者提供
本アプリの機能（設定の保存・音・表示など）は外部サーバーと通信しません。通信は広告配信のためのGoogle AdMobとのやり取りのみです。
配信される広告はパーソナライズ広告ではありません（非パーソナライズ広告＝NPA。興味・関心に基づく広告配信は行いません）。
AdMobを通じて取得される情報の取り扱いについては、Googleのプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）もあわせてご確認ください。
上記の広告配信に関する情報提供以外で、第三者に情報を提供することはありません。
■ 広告について
本アプリには Google AdMob によるバナー広告（画面下部に表示される小さな広告）のみを表示します。全画面広告や動画広告は使用していません。
鑑賞モード（自動回転でゆっくり眺めるモード）中は、広告を非表示にします。静かに眺める時間を広告で妨げないようにするためです。
広告は非パーソナライズ広告（NPA）のみを配信します。利用者の興味・関心に基づいた広告配信（パーソナライズ）は行わないため、本アプリはトラッキングの許可（ATT等）を利用者に求めません。
■ 権限
本アプリは、カメラ・マイク・位置情報・連絡先などの特別な権限を必要としません。音は端末内で生成しており、マイクは使用しません。

本アプリはすべての年齢の方が安心してご利用いただけます。

Pendulum Wave ("the App") respects your privacy.
■ Information We Collect
The App itself does not collect any personally identifiable information. It does not obtain or transmit your name, email, or contacts.
However, the App uses Google AdMob to display advertising. To show ads and prevent fraud, AdMob may collect:
- Approximate location (estimated from your IP address — not precise GPS location)
- Device information and advertising identifiers (used for fraud prevention and to control how often the same ad is shown)
- Information about ad views and taps
This information is not used to serve personalized advertising based on your interests (see "About Advertising" below).
■ Data Storage
Settings such as your language and saved presets are stored only on your device and are never sent to any server. Deleting the App also removes these settings from your device.
■ Networking & Third Parties
The App's own features (settings, sound, display) do not communicate with any external server. The only network communication is with Google AdMob, for ad delivery.
The ads shown are not personalized (Non-Personalized Ads / NPA — ads are not based on your interests).

Other than the ad-related information described above, no information is shared with third parties.
■ About Advertising
The App shows only a small banner ad from Google AdMob, displayed at the bottom of the screen. No full-screen or video ads are used.
Ads are hidden while Cinema Mode (the slow auto-rotating viewing mode) is active, so they don't interrupt your quiet viewing time.
Only Non-Personalized Ads (NPA) are served. Since ads are not personalized based on your interests, the App does not request tracking permission (e.g. ATT) from you.
■ Permissions
The App requires no special permissions (no camera, microphone, location, or contacts). Sound is generated on-device; the microphone is not used.
■ Age Rating
The App is suitable for all ages.
