Pendulum Wave（ペンデュラムウェーブ）（以下「本アプリ」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。
このポリシーが適用される版について
以下の「広告について」に書かれた新しい取り扱い（欧州などでの同意画面・追跡の許可の確認・許可をいただいた場合のパーソナライズ広告）は、バージョン 1.0.6 以降に適用されます。
バージョン 1.0.5 までは、同意画面・追跡の許可の確認はなく、非パーソナライズ広告（興味・関心に基づかない広告）のみを表示しています。
■ 収集する情報
本アプリ自体は、個人を特定できる情報を一切収集しません。氏名・メールアドレス・連絡先などを取得・送信することはありません。
ただし、本アプリは広告表示のために Google AdMob を利用しています。AdMobは、広告の表示や不正防止のために、以下の情報を取得することがあります。
・おおよその位置情報（IPアドレスから推定されるもの。GPS等の正確な位置情報ではありません）
・端末情報・広告識別子（IDFA を含みます）
・広告の表示・タップに関する情報
これらの情報が利用者の興味・関心に合わせた広告（パーソナライズ広告）の配信に使われるかどうかは、利用者のご回答によって決まります（後述「広告について」参照）。
■ データの保存
・言語設定やお気に入りのプリセットなどの設定は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存されます（外部サーバーには送信されません）。
・広告についてのご回答（追跡の許可・同意の内容）は、端末内および Google AdMob の仕組みの中に保存されます。
・アプリを削除すると、アプリが端末内に保存した設定も削除されます。
■ 通信・第三者提供
・本アプリの機能（設定の保存・音・表示など）は外部サーバーと通信しません。通信は広告配信のためのGoogle AdMobとのやり取りのみです。
・AdMobを通じて取得される情報の取り扱いについては、Googleのプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）もあわせてご確認ください。
・上記の広告配信に関する情報提供以外で、第三者に情報を提供することはありません。
■ 広告について
・本アプリには Google AdMob によるバナー広告（画面下部に表示される小さな広告）のみを表示します。全画面広告や動画広告は使用していません。
・鑑賞モード（自動回転でゆっくり眺めるモード）中は、広告を非表示にします。静かに眺める時間を広告で妨げないようにするためです。
広告を表示する前に、本アプリは次のとおり利用者にお尋ねします。
1. 欧州（EEA）・英国・スイスなどの地域では、起動時に同意画面が表示されます。
これは Google の同意管理の仕組み（UMP: User Messaging Platform）によるもので、広告のためのデータ利用に同意するかどうかを選べます。この地域以外では、この画面は表示されません。
2. iPhone・iPad では、「追跡を許可しますか」という確認（ATT: App Tracking Transparency）が表示されます。
これは、広告識別子（IDFA）を使って他社のアプリやサイトをまたいだ広告の最適化・効果測定を行ってよいかをお尋ねするものです。
3. 許可・同意をいただいた場合は、上記の情報が利用者の興味・関心に合わせた広告（パーソナライズ広告）の配信にも使われることがあります。
4. 許可・同意をいただかない場合も、広告は引き続き表示されます。 ただしその場合、アプリやサイトをまたいだ追跡は行わず、興味・関心に基づかない広告（非パーソナライズ広告）のみが表示されます。広告が消えたり、アプリが使えなくなったりすることはありません。
5. ご回答はあとから変更できます。
- 同意（上記1）の取り消し・やり直し … アプリの設定パネルの下にある「広告のプライバシー設定」を押してください（この項目は、同意画面が対象となる地域でのみ表示されます）。
- 追跡の許可（上記2）の変更 … iOS の「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」から、本アプリのスイッチを切り替えてください。
■ 権限
・本アプリは、カメラ・マイク・位置情報・連絡先などの特別な権限を必要としません。
・音は端末内で生成しており、マイクは使用しません。
・上記のとおり、広告のために追跡の許可のみをお尋ねします。許可されなくても本アプリはすべての機能をご利用いただけます。
■ 対象年齢
・本アプリはすべての年齢の方が安心してご利用いただけます。
・子ども向けを主目的としたアプリではありません。

Pendulum Wave ("the App") respects your privacy.
Which versions this policy applies to
The handling described under "Advertising" below (the consent screen shown in Europe and other applicable regions, the tracking permission request, and personalized ads where permission is given) applies to version 1.0.6 and later.
Version 1.0.5 and earlier show non-personalized ads only, with no consent screen and no tracking permission request.
■ Information We Collect
The App itself does not collect any personally identifiable information. It does not obtain or transmit your name, email, or contacts.
However, the App uses Google AdMob to display advertising. To show ads and prevent fraud, AdMob may collect:
・Approximate location (estimated from your IP address — not precise GPS location)
・Device information and advertising identifiers (including the IDFA)
・Information about ad views and taps
Whether this information is used to serve advertising personalized to your interests depends on your own answers (see "About Advertising" below).
■ Data Storage
・Settings such as your language and saved presets are stored only on your device and are never sent to any server.
・Your advertising choices (your tracking permission and consent answers) are stored on your device and within Google's AdMob systems.
・Deleting the App also removes the settings the App stored on your device.
■ Networking & Third Parties
・The App's own features (settings, sound, display) do not communicate with any external server. The only network communication is with Google AdMob, for ad delivery.
・Please also review Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) for how information collected via AdMob is handled.
・Other than the ad-related information described above, no information is shared with third parties.
■ About Advertising
・The App shows only a small banner ad from Google AdMob, displayed at the bottom of the screen. No full-screen or video ads are used.
・Ads are hidden while Cinema Mode (the slow auto-rotating viewing mode) is active, so they don't interrupt your quiet viewing time.
Before showing any ad, the App asks you the following.
1. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a consent screen appears when the App starts.
It is provided by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) and lets you choose whether to consent to the use of data for advertising. This screen does not appear outside those regions.
2. On iPhone and iPad, the App asks for your permission to track (App Tracking Transparency, "ATT").
This asks whether the advertising identifier (IDFA) may be used to optimize and measure ads across other companies' apps and websites.
3. If you grant permission / give consent, the information above may also be used to serve advertising personalized to your interests.
4. If you decline, ads still appear. In that case there is no cross-app or cross-site tracking, and only non-personalized ads (ads not based on your interests) are shown. Nothing is removed from the App and no feature is locked.
5. You can change your answers at any time.
- To withdraw or redo your consent (item 1), tap "Ad privacy settings" at the bottom of the App's settings panel. This item appears only in the regions where the consent screen applies.
- To change your tracking permission (item 2), go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking in iOS and toggle the switch for this App.
■ Permissions
・The App requires no special permissions (no camera, microphone, location, or contacts).
・Sound is generated on-device; the microphone is not used.
・As described above, the only permission the App asks for is tracking permission, for advertising. Every feature of the App remains fully available if you decline.
■ Age Rating
・The App is suitable for all ages.
・It is not primarily directed at children.
