Our Mission is to empower, encourage, train and support gender minorities to pursue their dream careers in IT sector.

We envision a future where any person wishing to pursue a programming career shall not be discriminated, subjugated or face any similar notion due to their gender.

We hope and work towards a future where gender gap in IT is non-existential.
