Avem Laetus

Bio

Avem Laetus was born in Griffonstone, but never really felt like he belonged there. Often the little interaction he got from other gryphons left him depressed more and more over the years. About the time he reached maturity, he left Griffonstone and set off to Equestria. Since then, he became less depressed and felt happy for the first time in his life.

Avem never got any proper education, so he might seem unintelligent at times. He usually has a carefree, optimistic and cheerful attitude about him.

Appearance

Unlike other grypons, Avem has a rare condition resulting in him having talons instead of paws for rear feet. Avem's feathers are mostly a forest green, with his wing feathers being a dark shade of green. His underside is a bluish white stretching from his pelvis to his chin. He has red eyes.
