My name is Pedro J. Bustamante. I am currently a Teaching Assistant Teaching Professor at the Information Networking Institute (INI) | College of Engineering | Carnegie Mellon University (CMU).
I am an Electronics Engineer and a Ph.D. in Information Sciences with a concentration in Telecommunications and Networking. Part of my professional experience includes being a Technical Regulatory and Professional Technician in "Superintendencia de Telecomunicaciones" (Telecommunications Regulator) in my home country, Ecuador.
My research interests include Dynamic Spectrum Access, Spectrum Sharing, Telecommunications Management, Regulation and Policy, Automated Enforcement methods for emerging markets, Governance of Shared Resources, Decentralized Systems for management, application of machine learning and artificial intelligence for spectrum management and governance of CPRS, and Socio-Economic Aspects of Technological Innovation.
