Program Description
We conduct multidisciplinary evaluations, first with an anesthesiologist/pain medicine physician, then a telehealth psychological evaluation with a psychologist. Our follow up model consists of multidisciplinary outpatient pain psychology, and medical follow up and patients are referred for physical therapy in their community.
