Priced for a quick sale at $10,000 OBO, Lady Ann is a 1980 Pearson 365 Ketch looking for a captain ready to bring her back to her full potential. This is not a turnkey boat—she is a project vessel requiring system updates and cosmetic attention, priced accordingly to reflect her current needs. She has not been sailed in the past 2 years.
If you are a DIY sailor, a handyman, or looking for a heavily built classic liveaboard with fantastic "bones," this is a great opportunity.

The most critical part of this boat is structural: The decks have no soft spots that I could find. For a Pearson of this era, finding a completely solid deck core is a massive head start on a refit project. The solid fiberglass hull and encapsulated lead ballast mean the structural foundation of this cruiser is rock solid.
Teak toerails have degraded in several spots and will need repairs.
Selling strictly as-is, where-is. Buyer is responsible for any yard fees, towing, or slip arrangements post-sale. Title is clean and ready to transfer (USCG Certificate of Documentation).
Serious DIY buyers only. Please message to arrange a showing. We will be traveling out of the country for an extended period of time in the new year and have to let the boat go to a new owner. We will not be able to restore her or use sail in the foreseeable future.
