About Us
Welcome to the PEARL Group, a group of motivated individuals working towards exploring the fundamentals of precision and advanced manufacturing processes. Our primary focus is on addressing critical research areas of national importance by aligning our endeavors with the vision of "Atmanirbhar Bharat" and the "Make in India" initiative. We bring a wealth of expertise in various domains, including the fabrication of precision components through methods such as metal additive manufacturing (AM), ultra-precision machining (UPM), non-conventional machining, hybrid machining and deep hole drilling (DHD).
Our overarching mission is to offer innovative solutions backed by fundamental principles to address the diverse challenges encountered by a wide range of manufacturing sectors, including aerospace, automotive and biomedical. We achieve this through a blend of traditional and digital manufacturing processes. Our capabilities extend further to encompass the creation of micro-sized components, intricate freeform surfaces, precision nano features and high quality metallic mirrors and moulds.
