This Privacy Policy outlines the methods by which we gather, utilize, store, and safeguard your data while using Chimp Tag.
1. Data We Collect
Microphone Access: We use your microphone to enable voice chat only during multiplayer sessions. We do not use or access your microphone data outside the app.
We gather and maintain records of your in-game name, Oculus username, and ban status to ensure that bans persist across devices.
Cosmetics Ownership: We ensure your cosmetics are preserved across sessions by storing data of cosmetics you own.
Device Info: We collect some device information for the app to function properly, such as your device ID which is used for saving data.
Your data is securely stored using PlayFab.
We Use user data to store it safely in PlayFab.
We use player data to store if you allowed your mic for VC.
You cannot delete your data for microphones.
2. How We Use Your Data
To allow multiplayer features such as voice chat and enforcing bans to work.
To maintain your in-game cosmetics and identity across sessions and devices
(if you're logged in on the same account).
3. Your Rights & Choices
You may request the deletion of your information by contacting us at: RolowayVR@hotmail.com.
Your in-game name and either cosmetics owned or PlayFab ID will be necessary to process your request.
