Chapter 10: Account Banned

Luna wasn’t the only one shocked.

On the StartNet, any topic related to Omegas always drew ill-intentioned comments and speculation.

Luna had personally experienced this when she just differentiated into an Omega half a year ago. She merely posted a simple update: [I’ve differentiated into an Omega.]

But then her inbox was flooded with hundreds of messages, some people asking things like: [Are you wet?]

For her who hadn’t known about an Omega’s heat cycle, she didn’t realize the malice behind those netizens until later.

Luna was bombarded with strange DMs, and even when she changed her gender settings and username, people would still ask her about her old account.

In the end, she deleted that account and made a new one, choosing to set her online identity as  Beta. Only then did her life return to normal and calm.

That experience made Luna keenly aware that revealing her identity as an Omega would ensue endless harassment. And afterward, she became increasingly sensitive about being an Omega. Even in real life, she felt like she should hide herself, otherwise there would be consequences.

Omegas were a taboo.

This subconscious fear had imprinted in her heart. So when she saw somone posting on the StarNet about Omegas and mentioning pads, tampons, even menstrual discharge, Luna was stunned to say the least.

Simultaneously, she quickly screenshotted the post, her intuition telling her it would soon be censored.

Now she could continue reading.

This blogger was so detailed they even included what kinds of undergarments male versus female Omegas should prepare.

Most importantly, there was a list of must-have items to take on interstellar travel, solving Luna’s urgent worries.

After this list, the article had an extra page titled Travel Notes for New Omega Students. This part read like a caring elder giving advice, with a tone that was gentle, careful, and patient as the blogger explained several possible situations the readers might encounter.

Through the screen, Luna felt soothed, as if the words weaved a warm and reliable blanket.

When she scrolled to the end of the article, she saw a citation list of hundreds of academic papers.

She took in a shocked breath. An ordinary travel guide had this many citations? This blogger must be either overly knowledgeable or a passionate academic.

Luna never knew there were actually people who wrote academic papers on the sensory analysis of XX brand pads and tampons.

She clicked on a link curiously, but then her screen suddenly showed a 404 page not found error.

This meant the post had been deleted!

“Nooo! Why did the StarNet supervisors have to act so fast?!”

Where was this speed when cracking down on child porn?

Good thing she had taken a screenshot!

Indeed, when Luna searched for the blogger again, their homepage only displayed a locked icon, showing this account was banned.

Luna’s heart surged with disappointment, but there was no surprise. This was always the outcome when someone posted about Omegas.

Still, Luna had a lot of respect for this short-lived blogger. Never had she seen anyone post such straightforward and practical Omega knowledge.

If the blogger hadn’t been banned, she would’ve become their hardcore fan!

Although Teacher on a Roll was gone, their post had already gone viral across the StarNet.

“Pfft-” What the heck was “reproductive bone fractures”? Was this also related to Teacher on a Roll?

After clicking into the hashtag, the top post was a screenshot with a familiar green background.

[Young Alphas who’ve just experienced their secondary differentiation have fragile reproductive bones. Taking a space elevator or experiencing turbulent interstellar travel could cause fractures.

When traveling, it’s best to wear protective undergarments with strong support in that area.

The text accompanying the screen shot was a string of [shocked] and [grass] emojis. t/n grass in chinese is a homophone of f*ck in chinese

Scrolling down, the entire tag was flooded with [shocked], [angry], and enough [grass] emojis to plant a prairie.

Luna roared with laughter: “Hahahhahaha!! Reproductive bones can actually break?!”

This was the first time Luna had seen so many Alphas lose their composure online.

She laughed until she was out of breath and then continued to scroll. She was genuinely curious, had an Alpha actually fractured their reproductive bone while traveling?

Soon, a post instantly shot to the top:

[saymoreandillcry: true [lighting a cigarette]]

[↳bro, did you really experience it?!!! [mic][mic][mic]]

[↳[shocked][shocked][shocked]]

[↳[grass] how did it break?!!!!!!!!!!!]

The comments flooded in nonstop until the blogger posted again.

[saymoreandillcry: stop spamming, my good wifi is now lagging. [sunglasses]

I won’t respond to any of the comments, but to all of my Alpha brothers and sisters, listen to Teacher On A Roll’s advice and buy protective underwear.

If I had seen this post two years earlier, I wouldn’t be… [cry][cry][cry]

Anyway, I’m logging off to continue nursing my reproductive bone [takes off sunglasses][crying][bye].]

[↳Noooo! Tell us in detail!! [freaking out][watching drama]]

[↳Who had a screenshot of the underwear list? Share it!]

[↳Here you go~ [screenshot]]

[↳Damn it, I was just a few minutes later and it’s sold out! Are you kidding me??]

“Hahahahha!!” Luna cackled so hard her stomach hurt and tears were squeezed out of her eyes. For the first time, she had the thought that Alphas weren’t as indestructible as she believed.

She opened up the online shopping app and searched curiously for Alpha protective underwear and sure enough, stock was vanishing fast.

Her fingers clicked so fast they left afterimages. She bought a few pieces and then posted on her account.

[inthenameofthemoon: snagged a few! selling at double—DM me if you want to buy.]

Luna thanked Teacher On A Roll in her heart, she was about to make a small fortune today!

Such a pity that Teacher On A Roll’s account got banned.

“BWAHAHA! Boss, look at this!!”

Just after a midnight training session, Ji Mingxue’s comm tinged endlessly with messages from Nolan, the pilot of the black mecha.

Ji Mingxue rubbed his temples in irritation and said to himself: “I must’ve been too nice this morning. If I had beaten Nolan into exhaustion, he’d be asleep now instead of pestering me.”

He asked Mingfeng: “What did he send?”

Mingfeng: “A StarBlog post about reproductive bone fractures.”

Ji Mingxue: ??

As the refined and dignified crown prince, this kind of vulgar sounding topic should’ve been ignored by him. But remembering how he thought he would grow a reproductive bone after differentiating into an Alpha when he was young made Ji Mingxue open the post with both disdain and curiosity.

Ji Mingxue didn’t laugh out loud after reading the post, but he was undoubtedly amused. He asked Mingfeng: “Has this Teacher on a Roll posted anything else?”

Even though the original blog was deleted, Mingfeng could easily retrieve its data history.

A few seconds later, the entirety of Teacher On A Roll’s post was projected in front of Ji Mingxue’s eyes.

The more Ji Mingxue read, the more serious his expression became.

At the end of the article, the blogger left a paragraph of sincere blessings.

[Wishing everyone a safe and smooth journey.

May light shine bright ahead, and your path forward be clear.

I am Teacher On A Roll.

Let’s meet next time.]

Ji Mingxue crossed his arms, staring at the words with appreciative eyes.

When he searched the StarNet for Teacher On A Roll, the account had already been censored. Ji Mingxue couldn’t help but let out a cold sneer at the network supervisors. Without caring it was the middle of the night, he immediately called the head of the Network Supervision Bureau.

When the call connected, the crown prince severely reprimanded:

“Why is Teacher On A Roll banned? Are Omegas unsightly? What exactly was wrong with their account, you better give me a good reason!”

The head of the bureau who was dragged out of bed was speechless. He felt like he was about to lose a few more precious hairs on his head.

Meanwhile, Shen Qingzhu slept wonderfully.

He woke up from a preset warm light, and then said cheerfully: “Good morning, Zhujian.”

Zhujian: “Good morning, Master.”

“Has Teacher On A Roll been banned?”

Zhujian: “Yes. One hour after the post, 40 D-level planets, 168 C-level planets, and 89 B-level planets successively banned your account.”

“Two hours later, 25 A-level planets and 4 S-level planets, including Central Star, also imposed bans.”

Shen Qingzhu was surprised, but for another reason: “That means there are still 37 planets that haven’t banned Teacher On A Roll?”

Zhujian: “In fact, two hours ago, the StarNet account and all posts under Teacher On A Roll have been fully reinstated across all 363 plants of the empire.”

“Current follower count: 97 million.”

“Recommended to enable a protective neural shield to prevent neural overload after logging in.”

Shen Qingzhu: :0
