Yue buried his face between Lin Yuan’s neck with deep and heavy breaths. Kisses dotted Lin Yuan’s neck like stars dotted the night sky. The heat of his lips and breath was thick and sticky, creating an unbearable itchiness. Lin Yuan's body trembled slightly and his eyes were layered with misty tears.
The man’s lips moved up from the neck, up to Lin Yuan’s ear, and he whispered with extreme tenderness: “Sui Sui, when we die, we need to die together…”
“If I’m fatally wounded while hunting the future, I’ll kill you before I die.”
Yue’s morbid and paranoid words contrasted greatly with his petal-like kisses.
But his undisguised possessiveness actually made Lin Yuan happy and satisfied. In this primitive era where the instinct to reproduce overrode everything, Yue’s thoughts showed he was getting rid of this era’s confinements. Lin Yuan liked this change, and he had the same idea.

In the afternoon, when the hunting team returned Lin Yuan saw Yue and immediately ran over like a dog welcoming his owner, circling around him several times and sniffing the man’s body carefully.
“You’re not hurt?” Lin Yuan stared at Yue nervously, his small face full of worry.
Yue smiled at his little female and rubbed his hair: “Don’t worry, I’m not hurt.”
Lin Yuan was relieved and his tail swayed happily. The man’s hand on his head felt so nice he wanted to meow: “En, that’s good!”
The males looked at their interaction with some envy. It was rare to see a pair as sticky as Lin Yuan and Yue. Why didn’t their females come to see them?
Earlier that day, Lin Yuan and the priest brought the females of the tribe to dig green onions, scallion-ginger grass, and peppers and transplanted them into their newly plotted land near the tribe.
After planting, Lin Yuan taught the females how to remove the gaminess of raw meat with green onion and scallion-ginger grass.
Then dinner was made by the females according to Lin Yuan’s cooking method, and the roast meat was indeed much tastier than usual, but still not as good as hot pot.
Lin Yuan felt it was arduous for Yue to go out and hunt with the tribe members for the first time so he cooked barbeque, fried fish, and vegetable soup for his husband.
Everyone else was almost numb to such a scene. Some single males felt regret in their hearts, if they had pursued Lin Yuan earlier, wouldn’t the beastman eating delicious food right now be themselves?
Yue could sense the gazes of these males and was a little unhappy, but unlike before, he had no sense of crisis. Now he knew that the little female would only be his, and they already agreed to die together.
When they went back to the cave at night, Lin Yuan finally asked the question he had been holding in: “Yue, did anyone bully you during hunting today?”
Yue pulled the little female into his arms and kissed him from his lips to his eyebrows: “No, but they didn’t talk to me.”

Yue thought that when his little female was angry he was very cute, and immediately rubbed and smooched him loudly.
