Outside, Lin Yuan started his zombie killing spree. He needed crystal cores to enhance his powers so he could protect his husband.
In front of Lu Ye, Lin Yuan was well-behaved and sweet like a big dog, but in front of zombies, he was a predator. Unfortunately, he couldn't bite the zombies with his fangs because he was afraid of getting infected, so instead, he combined the wolf's speed and agility with his water powers.
When Lu Ye saw Lin Yuan killing zombies, he was not afraid. His eyes were hot and deep, concealing his thoughts.

He pondered that after humans turned into zombies, their life force seemed to have condensed into the brain and formed a crystal nucleus.
Lin Yuan nodded, pointed at the other zombies, and howled: There are a lot more~
So Lu Ye dug out all the crystal cores around. Lin Yuan only used two of the cores to recover his powers and stored the rest away in the storage ring.
After they finished, the two continued to move forward.
All of a sudden, Lin Yuan spotted a jewelry store and ran towards it.
Lu Ye hurriedly chased after him and saw the wolf who was tearing apart zombies a minute ago lying on the counter with its two front paws, staring at the jewelry.
Lin Yuan...liked jewelry? Lu Ye was a little confused.
