This Privacy Policy describes how Peach ("App," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use our mobile application. Your privacy is important to us, and we have designed Peach with a privacy-first approach.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you use Peach, you may provide the following information:
Personal Information: First name, date of birth, and optionally a profile photo.
Body and Fitness Data: Height, weight, fitness goals, experience level, gym confidence, workout location preference, training schedule, available equipment, and focus areas.
Health-Related Data: Menstrual cycle data (if you opt in to cycle tracking), including last period start date and typical cycle length. Pregnancy status (if voluntarily provided).
Workout Data: Exercise history, completed sets, weights used, workout duration, and workout completion records.
Progress Photos: Photos you choose to capture or select for tracking your fitness progress, including the angle and date of each photo.
Body Measurements: Any body measurements you choose to record over time.
HOW YOUR DATA IS STORED
All of your personal data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. Your data is not uploaded to any external servers, cloud services, or databases controlled by us. This means:
Your progress photos remain on your device only.
Your workout history stays on your device only.
Your personal and health information never leaves your device.
We do not have access to your data.
If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be permanently removed from your device.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage subscription purchases and verify subscription status. RevenueCat may collect anonymous transaction data and device identifiers as necessary to process purchases. RevenueCat's handling of data is governed by their privacy policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
Apple: Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Apple's handling of your payment information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
DATA WE DO NOT COLLECT
We do not collect, store, or transmit:
Email addresses (for analytics or marketing purposes)
Location data
Device identifiers (for tracking)
Usage analytics or behavioral data
Contact information from your device
Data from other apps on your device
CAMERA AND PHOTO LIBRARY ACCESS
Peach requests access to your device's camera and photo library solely for the purpose of capturing or selecting progress photos and profile pictures. These photos are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to us or any third party.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Peach is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to address the concern.
DATA SECURITY
Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data is protected by your device's built-in security features, including device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID. We recommend keeping your device software up to date and using a strong passcode to protect your data.
YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your information at all times. You can:
View and modify your profile information within the App.
Delete individual progress photos from within the App.
Delete all data by uninstalling the App.
Opt in or out of cycle tracking at any time.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
