3. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & Refund Policy
A. Subscriptions & Renewable Charges
Billing Cycle: The App offers paid subscription plans (e.g., weekly, monthly, or annual) and one-time purchases (e.g., rendering credits). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, your Google Play account will be automatically charged for the selected subscription plan upon expiration of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Subscription Cancellation: You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Google Play Store Account Settings (Google Play App > Profile Icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions). Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel your active subscription.
B. Refund Policy
Google Play Store Policy Compliance: All billing, payments, and refunds are managed directly by Google Play. We do not directly handle monetary refunds or store financial details.
Requesting a Refund:
Within 48 Hours: If you made a purchase within the last 48 hours, you can request a refund directly through Google Play by visiting Google Play Refund Request or following Google’s official refund instructions.
After 48 Hours / Special Circumstances: If 48 hours have passed or if you encounter technical errors where credits/subscriptions were not applied after payment, please contact our support team at bishopreginald559@gmail.com with your Google Play Transaction ID (GPA order number). We will evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis in according with Google Play’s Developer Terms and applicable UK/EU consumer legislation.
Consumable Digital Items: Once digital credits or one-time AI video rendering tokens have been partially or fully consumed, they are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
4. AI Processing & Third-Party AI Service Providers
Media & Prompt Processing: To provide the AI video generation feature, your uploaded assets and text prompts may be transmitted securely to cloud server providers or specialized third-party AI APIs (e.g., rendering engine infrastructure).
No Unpermitted AI Training: Your uploaded personal photos and custom media inputs are used solely to generate your requested video output. We do not use your private personal images to train public AI foundation models without explicit consent.
Data Retention of AI Assets: Input assets and temporary rendered outputs are retained on servers only as long as necessary to complete processing and deliver the video file to your device, after which they are deleted or automatically purged per standard server retention schedules.
