Full access to tennis, pickleball, gym, and the clubhouse with pool, ping pong, and other social activities. 

Located near the Living Desert, El Paseo, golf courses, and hiking trails. 

Street parking right outside the unit. 

No pets allowed and a maximum of 6 people.

There is a refundable damage deposit of $500 and a cleaning fee of $200. 

All payments to be paid in US dollars from a US bank.
