### Core App Operations (On-Device)

All core features of **PDF Master Pro** (including viewing, compressing, merging, splitting, page editing, converting images to PDF, annotating, and OCR text recognition) are performed entirely offline and locally on your physical device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your files, images, or documents to any external or cloud-based servers.

### Third-Party Ad Networks (Online Data Collection)

To support the development and maintenance of this app, we display advertisements. For this purpose, we integrate third-party advertising SDKs which collect certain device identifiers and information:

*   **Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK):** May collect information such as your IP address, device brand/model, operating system version, and mobile advertising identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID) to serve relevant advertisements, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud.

## 2. Permissions Requested

To function properly, **PDF Master Pro** requires the following permissions:

*   **Internet Access (`android.permission.INTERNET`):** This permission is used solely to load and display advertisements from our third-party advertising partner (Google AdMob).

*   **Storage Access (No Broad Permissions Needed):** The app does not request or require broad read/write access to your device's entire storage (`READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE` / `WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE`). Instead, we utilize the secure Android system file picker (Storage Access Framework). The app only obtains access to the specific PDF files, images, or folders that you explicitly select and authorize.

## 3. Third-Party Services and Privacy Links

We utilize the following third-party services within the app:

*   **Google ML Kit:** Used locally on-device for Text Recognition (OCR). This library runs completely natively offline and does not send any of your documents or recognized text to Google or any other cloud servers.

We value your trust in using our application. Since all core processing is done locally on your physical device, the security of your files relies on your device's security measures. We highly recommend keeping your device locked and secured to protect your local data.

## 5. Children's Privacy

Our application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. The only network-related data collected is non-personally identifiable device identifiers by Google AdMob for the purpose of serving ads.
