This Privacy Policy describes how PDF Tool Pro ("we", "us", or "the App"), developed by Dynamite Software, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application.

- We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location.
- We do not access, upload, or store any of your files (PDFs, images, documents) on our servers. All file processing is done entirely on your device.
- We do not create user accounts or require registration.
Information Collected by Third Parties
The App uses the following third-party services that may collect information:
Google AdMob
We display advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, including:
- Device identifiers (advertising ID)
- IP address
- Device and app information
- Ad interaction data

Google Play Billing
The App offers an optional in-app purchase ("Remove Ads"). Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Google Play. We do not collect or store any payment information.
2. File Access
The App requests storage permissions solely to:
- Read PDF, Word, and image files you select for processing
- Save converted or processed files to your device
All file operations are performed locally on your device. No files are uploaded to any server.
3. Internet Access
The App requires internet access for:
- Loading advertisements (AdMob)
- Processing in-app purchases (Google Play Billing)
- Web to PDF feature (loading webpages you choose to convert)
- Checking for app updates
4. Ad-Free Option
You may purchase a one-time "Remove Ads" upgrade to permanently disable all advertisements. After purchase, no ad-related data collection will occur within the App.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App is rated for general audiences.
6. Data Security
Since we do not collect or transmit your personal data or files, there is minimal risk to your information. All document processing occurs on-device. Purchase state is stored locally on your device using
Android SharedPreferences.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
8. Your Choices
- Ad Personalization: You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings under Google > Ads.
- Permissions: You can revoke storage permissions at any time through your device settings. Some features may not work without these permissions.
- Remove Ads: Purchase the ad-free upgrade to stop all ad-related data collection.
