This Privacy Policy describes how PDF Reader ("the App") handles user data. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.
The App does not require users to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal, financial, or otherwise private information. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any other personally identifiable information.
The core functionality of the App is to open and display PDF files that are stored locally on the user's device. All file processing occurs entirely on-device. The App does not upload, transmit, back up, or otherwise share user files or any information about those files with us or any third party. Files remain accessible only to the user on their own device.
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process the following data to serve ads:
Advertising ID: A resettable, unique identifier provided by Android for advertising purposes.
This data is collected and shared with Google for the purpose of advertising and marketing, including ad personalization and fraud prevention. Advertising ID collection is optional — users can limit ad tracking or reset their Advertising ID at any time through their device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).
Data collected by AdMob is transmitted using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS).

Other than the Advertising ID shared with Google AdMob as described above, the App does not share user data with any third parties.
The App does not store user data on any server we control, so there is no user data for us to delete on request. Users may reset or limit their Advertising ID at any time through their device's ad settings, independent of the App.
The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children. The App does not use child-directed advertising settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
