Kübra ÜSTÜNTAŞ (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Papriva mobile application for iOS and Android (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

Summary
Papriva is designed to process your documents on your device. We do not collect, sell, rent, or share your personal data for advertising or analytics. We do not require an account.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect:
• Name, email address, or contact details through the App
• Contents of your documents, scans, conversions, or edits
• Usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or behavioral tracking data
• Location data
• Contacts or address-book data
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs in the App.
Information Processed on Your Device
The following is processed locally on your device:
• Files you select for conversion, PDF editing, compression, signing, watermarking, redaction, form filling, or related tools
• Images captured with the camera for document or ID/card scanning
• Optional on-device text recognition (OCR) when you choose to make a scan searchable
• Signatures and annotations you create in the App
• Conversion history, favorites/folders, and outputs stored in the App’s local storage
• App settings (language, theme, optional app lock)
Your documents are not uploaded to our servers for processing. Core features do not require an internet connection.
Device Permissions
Permissions are requested only when needed for a feature you choose:
• Camera — document / ID scanning and camera capture
• Photos / media / files — selecting images or documents, and saving exports when you ask
• Biometrics (Face ID / fingerprint / device unlock) — only if you enable optional app lock; biometric data stays on the device and is handled by the operating system
You can revoke permissions in system Settings.
On-Device Frameworks
Some features use on-device system or vendor frameworks (for example, document scanning and text recognition on supported devices). Processing remains on your device; we do not receive your document contents through these frameworks.
File Storage
Files you open or create are stored in the App’s local storage on your device. The App accesses files only when you select them via the system file picker, photo picker, camera, or share extension/intent.
You can clear conversion history in the App. Uninstalling removes App data, subject to OS behavior.
Sharing and Exports
When you share or export a file using the system share sheet, email, messaging, cloud apps, or similar tools, that transfer is initiated by you and handled by the OS and the destination you choose. We do not control how third-party apps handle files you share with them.
Purchases
If you purchase the App through the Apple App Store or Google Play, payment is processed by Apple or Google under their privacy policies. We do not receive your payment card details.
Children’s Privacy
Papriva is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe this has occurred.
Data Security
Because document processing is designed to occur on your device, your files are not transmitted to our servers for conversion or editing. Optional app lock uses OS security features. You remain responsible for securing your device and the files you keep or share.
Your Rights
You can choose which files to open, convert, or delete; clear history in the App; disable permissions; and uninstall the App. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law. Contact lyft5101@gmail.com.
Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be noted in the App where appropriate.
