PDFForge is developed and published by EpicFailWinner.
This Privacy Policy explains how PDFForge handles information when you use the application.
PDFForge is designed to process PDF documents, images and scanned documents locally on your device.
Files you open, edit, merge, split, compress, sign, scan, watermark, password-protect or otherwise process in PDFForge are not uploaded to servers operated by EpicFailWinner.
PDFForge does not operate a cloud storage service and does not require you to create an account.
Files remain on your device unless you choose to save, export or share them using Android or another application.
PDFForge includes document scanning and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) features using Google ML Kit.
Document images and recognised text are processed on the device for PDF creation and searchable OCR functionality.
Google ML Kit may collect limited technical information such as device information, application information, installation identifiers and performance information for diagnostics and usage analytics.
PDFForge does not use the text or contents of your scanned documents for advertising, profiling or marketing.
The free version of PDFForge displays advertisements using Google AdMob.
Google's advertising services may automatically collect or process information including:
IP address and approximate general location
Device and advertising identifiers
App interactions
Advertising interactions
Diagnostic and performance information
This information may be used by Google for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention and related purposes.
Where required by law, PDFForge may display a consent form allowing you to manage advertising and privacy choices.
Users who purchase PDFForge Pro have advertisements removed from the application.

PDFForge offers an optional one-time purchase called PDFForge Pro through Google Play.
Payments are processed by Google Play Billing.
EpicFailWinner does not receive or store your payment card or bank details.
Google may process information relating to your purchase, Google Play account and transaction in accordance with Google's own privacy policies.
PDFForge may locally store whether your device/account is entitled to PDFForge Pro so that Pro functionality can be made available.
PDFForge may store limited information locally on your device to provide application functionality.
This can include information such as:
Recent PDF files
Reader position
PDF bookmarks
Application preferences
PDFForge Pro entitlement status
Advertising consent preferences
This information is used only to provide application functionality and is not used by EpicFailWinner to create advertising or user profiles.
Removing PDFForge or clearing its application data may remove locally stored preferences.
Passwords entered to open or protect PDF documents are used only to perform the requested operation.
PDFForge does not transmit PDF passwords to servers operated by EpicFailWinner.
Users are responsible for securely remembering passwords applied to their documents.
Information you add to PDFs using PDFForge, including signatures, initials, dates and text, is processed locally as part of the document.
EpicFailWinner does not receive copies of completed or signed documents.
EpicFailWinner does not require you to provide:
Your name
Postal address
Telephone number
Contact list
Email address
Account password
Health information
Financial account information
PDFForge does not require an EpicFailWinner account.
PDFForge uses services supplied by third parties, including:
Google AdMob
Used to display advertisements.
Google Play Billing
Used to process the PDFForge Pro purchase.
Google ML Kit
Used for document scanning and OCR functionality.
These providers may process limited information independently under their own privacy policies.
EpicFailWinner does not sell your personal information.
Document contents are not shared with advertisers by EpicFailWinner.
Third-party SDKs included in PDFForge may collect or process technical information as described above in order to provide advertising, billing, diagnostics or machine-learning functionality.
PDFForge is designed to minimise the transfer of document contents by performing PDF processing locally wherever possible.
However, no software or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You should protect your device and maintain backups of important documents.
PDFForge is a general productivity application and is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13.
EpicFailWinner does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through a PDFForge account or registration system, as no such account system exists.
Depending on your region, advertising consent options may be presented within PDFForge.
You may also manage advertising privacy settings through your Google account and Android device settings.
Purchasing PDFForge Pro removes advertising from the application.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when PDFForge features, third-party services or legal requirements change.
