This Privacy Policy outlines how PDF Editor collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our service, as well as your privacy rights and the legal protections available to you. By using PDF Editor, you agree to the collection and use of information in line with this policy.
Information We Collect
1.Personal Information Provided by You: This includes details such as your username, email address, fax number, and the names of files you fax, email, print, or store. We also collect information about your browser or mobile device, such as device model and operating system.
2.Files: Any files you upload, download, or access through PDF Editor ("Files") are collected and stored. Files filled out by you are stored on our servers, but they remain accessible only to you via your account.
3.Log Data and Device Information: When you use the service, we automatically record data from your device and its software, including your IP address, browser type, web pages visited before accessing our service, search queries, locale preferences, device identifiers, mobile carrier, timestamps of transactions, system configuration, metadata related to your Files, and other interactions with the service. This also includes details like SDK/API version, platform, CPU architecture, system language, time zone, network status (e.g., Wi-Fi), CPU and battery usage, screen resolution, memory and storage usage, SIM card operator and country, and app release status on Google Play.
4.Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use "cookies" – small data files transferred to your device – to enhance service functionality. Persistent cookies save your registration ID and login password for easier future logins, while session ID cookies enable service features and help us understand your interaction with the service. Our app may also use third-party code or libraries that rely on cookies to collect information and improve their services. You can adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies, though this may limit some service features.

Disclosure of Information
We do not share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. However, we may disclose information in the following cases:
To our employees, contractors, or affiliated organizations who need the information to process it on our behalf or provide services for PDF Editor. These parties are bound by confidentiality obligations and are prohibited from disclosing the information to others. Some of these parties may be located outside your country; by using our service, you consent to the cross-border transfer of such information.
To comply with legal requirements, such as responding to court orders, government requests, or other legal obligations.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction, but only with your prior consent.
Third-Party Services
We may engage third-party service providers to assist with service operations and analyze usage, such as Firebase and Google Analytics. These providers collect aggregated data (not personally identifiable) to help us understand how the service is used, optimize functionality, and improve user-friendliness. For example, Google Analytics tracks and reports service usage, and its data may be shared with other Google services to contextualize ads. You can opt out of such tracking via your device settings or through the privacy controls provided by these third parties (e.g., Google’s Privacy Policy).
Your Rights
You have the right to:
know what personal information is being collected about you and how it's processed;
know whether your personal information is sold, shared or disclosed and to whom;
request that we correct the personal information we have about you that is incorrect;
say no to the sale or sharing of your personal information (right to opt out);
limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information;
access your personal information; specific information shall be provided in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, in a readily useable format but not more than twice in a 12-month period;
Data Security and Storage
We use commercially acceptable security measures to protect your information, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. Thus, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and any transmission of information is at your own risk.
Your Files and personal information are stored on our servers, and residual copies may remain in active servers or backup systems after deletion. For data collected automatically (e.g., device info), some may be stored on your device; uninstalling the app or deleting system data will permanently remove most of this data. We do not require you to create an account, but if you do, your account-related information is stored to enable access.
Children’s Privacy
PDF Editor does not target individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided such information, we will immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and aware of your child providing us with personal information, please contact us to take necessary action.
