This policy explains how the PDF Training app ("the app") handles your data. In short: the app works entirely on your phone, and it does not collect any personal data or send it to any server.

## 1. Data you enter in the app

The programs you create (exercises, client name, nutrition and cardio plans, etc.) and your settings (brand name, color, language, dark or light mode) are stored only on your phone, inside the app's private storage. We cannot see or access them.

## 2. Images

When you choose a logo or background image, the app asks you to pick a photo from your gallery yourself. It uses that image only inside your programs and PDFs, and it stays on your phone. The app does not use the camera and does not read your other photos.

## 3. PDF files

PDFs are generated on your phone. When you save, share or print one, you choose where it is saved or which app it is sent to (such as WhatsApp or email), and from then on that app's privacy policy applies.

## 4. Device ID and activation

So that activation works offline, the app reads the Android ID and turns it into an encrypted code (the "Device ID") that reveals no personal information about you. This code is stored only on your phone. If you want to activate the app, you send the Device ID to the developer yourself to receive an activation code, and it is used only for that purpose.

## 5. Internet, ads and tracking

The app does not send any data to any server, and it contains no ads, analytics or tracking. When you tap a video link inside a program, it opens in an external app (such as YouTube or your browser), and that app's privacy policy applies.

## 6. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or share any data with third parties.

## 7. Deleting your data

All your data is on your phone. You can delete any program inside the app, or delete all data by clearing the app's data in your phone settings or by uninstalling the app.

## 8. Children

The app is meant for coaches and gym owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

## 9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with the updated date.
