PDF Toolkit – PDF Manager ("the App") is developed by Developer Rubel ("we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application.

The core mission of the App is to provide a secure and private environment for managing your documents.
Offline Processing: All PDF operations, including merging, splitting, compressing, scanning, and signing, are performed locally on your device.
No Document Uploads: Your documents and their contents are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party servers. Your data stays entirely under your control.

While we do not collect your document data, the App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
A. Third-Party Services (Advertising)
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use information such as:
IP address
Device ID and advertising ID

B. Local Data Storage
The App uses a local database (Room) on your device to store lightweight metadata:
File Metadata: File names, sizes, and last-opened timestamps to power the "Recent Files" and "Favorites" features.
Processing History: A record of completed operations (if enabled in settings). This data is stored only on your device and can be cleared at any time through the App's settings.
3. Permissions
The App requires the following permissions to function:
Internet Access: Required for loading advertisements via Google AdMob.
Camera: Used exclusively by the "PDF Scanner" tool to capture images of paper documents.
Vibrate: Used to provide haptic feedback for a better user experience.
4. Service Providers
We may employ third-party companies due to the following reasons:
To facilitate our Service;
To provide the Service on our behalf; or
To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These third parties have access to your personal information only to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We value your trust in using our App. Since your documents are processed locally, the primary security of your files rests on your device's security. We use industry-standard libraries (like AES-256 for PDF protection) to help you keep your documents safe.
6. Children’s Privacy
Our services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this from our records.
