All Files Access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE)
PDF Tool - Reader & Editor uses the All Files Access permission to support its document management functionality.
This permission allows the application to locate, access, organize, and manage compatible documents stored in shared storage outside the application's private storage area. This functionality is used to provide features such as document discovery, file browsing, document management, and access to supported files across the device.
The permission is not used to collect, sell, or transmit your documents to third parties.
Camera
The Camera permission is used only when you choose to use the document scanning feature.
Captured documents are processed locally on your device.

Access to photos, media, and files is used to allow you to open, view, edit, convert, or manage files and images that are relevant to the application's features.

PDF Tool - Reader & Editor does not contain advertisements and does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs or advertising networks.
The application does not require you to create an account to use its core document features.
