This Privacy Policy applies to the PDF Suite application for Android and mobile devices, together with any related services operated by BrightBits Studio (collectively, the "Application"). Throughout this Privacy Policy, BrightBits Studio is referred to as the "Service Provider."

The pages or features of the Application that you visit

The Application does not collect or upload the contents of your documents, PDF files, images, or other personal files unless you explicitly choose to share them using your device's sharing features.
The Application requests access to files stored on your device so you can use its PDF management features.
Depending on your Android version, the Application may request Manage All Files Access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE) or equivalent storage permissions to:
Find and display PDF documents stored on your device.
Open, organize, rename, move, copy, and delete PDF files at your request.
Merge, split, compress, and edit PDF documents.
Convert images to PDF and save newly created PDF files.
Allow you to browse and manage your PDF library from within the Application.
The Application accesses your files only to provide these features. Your files remain stored on your device unless you explicitly choose to share or export them.
The Application requests access to your device's camera to provide document scanning functionality.
The camera is used only when you choose to:
Capture photos of documents.
Scan receipts, notes, IDs, or other documents.
Convert captured images into PDF documents.
Images captured using the camera are processed on your device to create PDF files. The Application does not access your camera in the background and does not upload your photos or scanned documents to the Service Provider.
The Application or its third-party SDKs may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, analytics, or service delivery. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by the Service Provider.

Each service has its own Privacy Policy governing how it processes data.

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 16, or a higher age where required by local law.
