PDF Master Pro values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we process information when providing PDF viewing, scanning, creation, conversion, merging, splitting, encryption, and file management features.

1. Information We Process

PDF Master Pro does not require registration or account login.

When you use the app, we may process the following information locally on your device:

-  PDF files and images that you choose to import; 

-  Documents scanned using your device’s camera; 

-  File names, formats, sizes, storage paths, and modification dates; 

-  App settings and feature usage information; 

-  Device model, operating system version, crash logs, and network status. 

Your PDF files, scanned images, and document contents are generally processed only on your device. We do not actively upload this content to our servers or sell it to third parties.

2. Permissions

The app may request the following permissions:

- Camera Permission: Used to scan documents; 

- Photos and Files Permission: Used to import, save, and manage files; 

- Internet Permission: Used to load advertisements, check network status, and retrieve necessary app configurations; 

- Notification Permission: Used to send notifications when file processing is complete. 

You may disable these permissions in your device settings. However, some app features may not function properly without the required permissions.

3. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party advertising, analytics, and crash-reporting services, including:

-  Google AdMob; 

-  Firebase Analytics; 

-  Firebase Crashlytics; 

-  Google Play Services. 

These third-party services may process device information, IP addresses, advertising identifiers, app interaction data, and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics, performance improvement, and fraud prevention purposes.

We do not provide advertising service providers with the contents of your PDF files, scanned documents, or imported images.

4. File Storage

Files that you create, import, or edit are generally stored locally on your device or in a folder selected by you.

You may delete these files at any time through the app or your device’s file manager. Uninstalling the app may delete some data stored in the app-specific directory.

5. Information Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information and process files locally on your device whenever possible.

However, no method of electronic storage is completely secure. Please protect your device, file passwords, and backups of important documents.

6. Children’s Privacy

PDF Master Pro is not primarily intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when app features, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page.
